So, how does our artwork come to life?

Some of our pieces begin with original hand-drawn sketches or painted artwork. From there, the original is digitally reimagined and developed — sometimes quite subtly, sometimes into something wonderfully different.

Others begin with an idea, a conversation or one of those “wouldn’t it be brilliant if…” moments, and are created and refined using modern digital and AI-assisted creative tools. However a piece begins, there’s plenty of choosing, changing, tweaking and occasionally starting again before it earns its place in the Oysters & Pearls collection.

And the finished print matters just as much as the picture.

Our artwork is professionally produced to order by our specialist print partner rather than mass-produced and kept on a warehouse shelf. Each print is carefully produced and prepared especially for the person who has chosen it.
