About These Terms
These Terms & Conditions apply when you browse or purchase products from Oysters & Pearls. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.
Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Our Products
We carefully select products from a number of trusted supplier partners. As some items are dispatched directly by our suppliers, products within the same order may arrive separately and at different times.
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, measurements and other information displayed on our website are as accurate as possible. However, slight variations may occur, particularly with handmade, natural or individually produced items.

Prices
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£).
Delivery charges are shown separately where applicable and will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but any change will not affect an order that has already been accepted.
 
Orders & Payment
An order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully received and the order has been accepted.
After placing an order, you will receive confirmation using the contact details supplied during checkout.
Occasionally an item may become unavailable after an order has been placed. If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer an appropriate alternative where available or issue a refund for the unavailable item.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there has been an obvious pricing or product information error, suspected fraudulent activity, or where we are unable to fulfil the order.
 
Delivery
We currently deliver to UK addresses.
Delivery charges start from £3.95 and are calculated at checkout.
Because we work with different supplier partners, an order containing more than one product may arrive in separate parcels. You will not be charged additional delivery costs after your order has been placed simply because your order is dispatched in separate parcels.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the product and supplier. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, adverse weather and busy seasonal periods.
Some locations, including the Scottish Highlands, Islands and other remote areas, may have different delivery options or charges depending upon the item.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

If you change your mind about an eligible purchase, you normally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. You then normally have a further 14 days to return the goods after telling us that you wish to cancel.

Certain products may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation rights, including personalised or made-to-order products and certain sealed goods where applicable.

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can help resolve the problem.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
