UK Delivery
We currently deliver to UK addresses.
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and start from £3.95. The applicable delivery charge will always be shown before you complete your purchase.

Dispatch & Delivery Times

We work with carefully selected supplier partners, and some products are dispatched directly from them.

Delivery times can therefore vary depending on the product and supplier. Estimated delivery information will be provided where available.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as courier delays, adverse weather or busy seasonal periods.

Orders Arriving Separately
If you order more than one product, your items may be dispatched by different supplier partners. This means your order may arrive in separate parcels and on different days.
You will not be charged additional delivery costs after placing your order simply because items are dispatched separately.

Delivery Areas
Our standard delivery service is currently available to UK addresses.
Some locations, including the Scottish Highlands, Islands and other remote areas, may have different delivery options, restrictions or charges depending on the product.
If we are unable to deliver an item to your address, we will contact you as soon as possible and arrange an appropriate solution or refund where necessary.

If you notice an error afterwards, please contact us as quickly as possible. We will try to help, although we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or been dispatched.

Missing Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us through the Contact page and include your name and order number.
Remember that an order containing several products may arrive in separate parcels.
