The Rather Curious Creatures – A Collection of Little Characters

A Collection of Little Characters

Some ornaments sit quietly on a shelf. Others have rather more personality.

Meet The Rather Curious Creatures — a delightful collection of quirky animal ornaments, each with its own charm, personality and an uncanny ability to make you smile.

There are mice with places to be (and absolutely no intention of explaining where), frogs who appear to be contemplating life's great mysteries, hedgehogs minding their own business, fish who prefer to stick together, and ducks who seem to have arrived as a family outing.

And then there are our little ceramic birds, quietly observing the whole affair.

Small in size. Big on character.

Whether you're looking for a cheerful companion for a windowsill, an unexpected little treasure for a bookshelf, or a gift for someone who appreciates the wonderfully unusual, there's a curious creature waiting to be discovered.

Choose your little character

🐭 The Mice – Hanging, standing and crouching, in different sizes and shades. Choose a single little mischief-maker or bring home a pair.

🐸 The Frogs – One smiling, one looking rather thoughtful. Quite possibly discussing the weather.

🦔 The Hedgehogs – Small, charming and available individually or as a pair. Because even hedgehogs appreciate company.

🐟 The Fish – Little ceramic characters available individually, in pairs or as a family of four. A rather lovely catch.

🦆 The Ducks – Whitewashed wooden characters in two sizes, offered as pairs or a family of four. A proper little gathering.

🐦 The Birds – Simple, sweet ceramic companions, available singly or as a pair.

A little treasure, just because

Not every gift needs an occasion. Sometimes a tiny mouse, a thoughtful frog or a rather splendid duck is reason enough.

Choose your favourite from the options above, or create a little gathering of your own.

After all, every home needs a few characters.

A little note about our pictures

Some of our lifestyle images have been creatively reimagined to show how these curious little characters might look in a home setting. They're intended as inspiration rather than exact product representations.

Please refer to the individual supplier photographs for the actual appearance, colour and details of your chosen creature.

Please note: Materials, sizes and finishes vary between creatures. Some characters are ceramic, while our whitewashed ducks are wooden.
