A little about the wood 🌿
These boards are made from Java teak, sourced from Indonesia according to our supplier. Teak (Tectona grandis) is a hardwood valued for its natural oils, which help make the wood water-resistant and offer protection against decay, insects and bacteria. Java teak is highly regarded by wood experts for its quality and character.
Every piece has its own natural grain and markings, making your board a little individual treasure.
